International IT Infrastructure Expansion for Asian Businesses

Planning an office, BPO/contact centre, service centre or branch in the UAE, Turkey or Eastern Europe? TKWIT Global helps Asia-based decision makers plan the technology scope—and delivers it on the ground where delivery is verified.

Your decision makers may sit in the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand or Vietnam—or in Egypt or Lebanon. The project destination is a separate question, and it changes what can be promised. This page explains, honestly, what TKWIT Global can do in each of the three destination markets our buyers ask us about most.

TKWIT Global DWC-LLC is a technology systems integration company with its registered base in Dubai South, UAE. We are not a BPO operator, staffing agency, incorporation service or immigration adviser—those parts of your expansion remain with you and your advisers.

Three destination markets

What can be promised depends on the destination

The same buyer journey, with a clear-eyed view of delivery capability in each market.

United Arab Emirates

On-ground delivery available

Our verified delivery market. Site survey, cabling, networks, security systems, telephony coordination, installation, testing and handover are offered at your Dubai/UAE premises, subject to assessed scope, carrier readiness and site approvals.

Turkey

Planning first, delivery assessed per project

We offer remote technology scoping, design and project discovery for offices and contact centres planned in Turkey. On-site projects or local partnerships must be confirmed individually, with applicable Turkish regulations addressed, before any deployment commitment is made.

Eastern Europe

Planning first, delivery assessed per project

For destinations such as Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Czechia and Hungary, the same transparent approach applies: remote planning and design now, local fieldwork only after delivery resources and compliance are assessed for the specific country and site. We do not claim blanket on-ground coverage across the region.

Infrastructure checklist

What an expansion IT scope usually includes

The same disciplines apply in every destination; who delivers them, and under what approvals, is what differs.

  • Seat counts and growth plan, workstation and dual-monitor requirements
  • Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling, racks and switching capacity
  • Corporate Wi-Fi design with staff and guest separation
  • Firewall, VLAN segmentation and data or industry security requirements
  • CCTV and access control for entrances and restricted areas
  • IP telephony and contact-centre platform needs, subject to local carrier approvals
  • Documented testing, labelling and handover requirements
  • Ongoing support expectations and how they will be resourced locally
How it works

Cross-border planning, from brief to handover

  1. 01

    Remote discovery from Asia

Share the destination city, floor plan, seat count, applications, security standards and target date. Your team stays where it is; the brief is agreed in English over calls.

  2. 02

    Destination assessment

For the UAE we validate the site directly. For Turkey or Eastern Europe we assess local delivery feasibility—partners, compliance, insurance—before any on-site commitment.

  3. 03

    Coordinated design

One technology design across cabling, network, Wi-Fi, security and communications, sized to your seat plan and aligned with your group IT standards.

  4. 04

    Delivery and handover

Installation, testing and documented handover proceed where delivery is confirmed—directly in Dubai/UAE, or under an individually agreed arrangement elsewhere.

Delivered by TKWIT Global DWC-LLC from its registered base in Dubai South, with engineering support from its Sri Lankan sister company. No fixed timelines, response commitments or deployment guarantees are made for Turkey or Eastern Europe before a per-project feasibility assessment.

Common Questions

Questions from Asia-based expansion teams

Delivery capability, cross-border planning and what stays outside the technology scope.

Not as a standing capability. TKWIT Global's verified on-ground delivery base is Dubai/UAE. For Turkey and Eastern Europe we offer remote technology planning, design and project discovery, and we assess local delivery feasibility—partners, subcontractors, insurance, compliance—individually for each enquiry. On-site execution there is only confirmed after that assessment, never promised in advance.

Your team shares the floor plan, seat count, applications, security standards and target date remotely. We develop the technology design in English, agree the scope with your IT and facilities teams, and then delivery depends on the destination: direct installation by our engineers in Dubai/UAE, or an assessed local delivery arrangement for Turkey or Eastern Europe.

No. TKWIT Global is a technology systems integration company. We plan, deploy and support the IT infrastructure inside your office or contact centre. Your business operation, staffing, incorporation, visas, licences and carrier contracts remain with you and your advisers.

The destination city and building status, floor plans, target seat count and growth expectations, your application and security requirements, any existing telephony platform, and your target opening date. With those inputs we can produce an assessed scope rather than a list of open questions.
