Cat6 or Cat6A horizontal cabling to desks, access points, cameras, door controllers and screens, fibre backbones where distance or capacity requires, containment sized for a second pull, then tested and documented.
Switching, routing and firewall
Switch capacity and PoE budget sized to the device list, segmentation between corporate, guest, voice and security traffic, and firewall and remote access configured to your group's standards where they exist.
Business Wi-Fi
Access point positions planned from a survey rather than a ceiling grid, with channel and power planning, roaming, guest and staff separation, and coverage validated after installation.
CCTV and surveillance
Camera positions agreed against entrances, reception, server room, stores and any area with a genuine security or safety case, with retention and storage sized to the period you need to hold.
Access control and attendance
Door hardware, readers and controllers for main entry, server room and restricted areas, with staff, visitor and contractor arrangements and time attendance where required.
IP telephony and unified communications
Numbering, handsets and softphones, call routing, reception and hunt arrangements, and integration with the collaboration tools your organisation already uses.

Procurement and lead times
Equipment and circuit lead times mapped against the fit-out programme, with the long-lead items flagged early so the opening date does not depend on a delivery nobody chased.
Installation in build sequence
First-fix cabling before ceilings close, containment and rack build, second fix as partitions and furniture arrive, then device installation and configuration.
Testing and validation
Cable link testing, network and firewall verification, Wi-Fi coverage validation, camera and recording checks, door hardware testing and telephony call testing — all before the move date.
Cutover and go-live
