BPO & Call Centre IT Infrastructure Setup in Dubai

Plan the technology behind your Dubai outsourcing office: workstations, cabling, secure networks and voice integration, through to on-site deployment and managed support. TKWIT Global DWC-LLC offers systems integration subject to assessment—not BPO operation, staffing, licences or company incorporation.

@tkwitlk is the shared TKWIT account, also used by our Sri Lankan operation—not a separate UAE team.

Technology scope

One coordinated IT scope, sized to your operation

A turnkey or managed technology scope can be agreed after assessment. Equipment, responsibilities, approvals and lead times are confirmed before deployment.

For overseas teams working towards an opening date, we can coordinate remote scope reviews, identify decisions needed next and track workstation, building and carrier dependencies. Share changes to seat counts or platform requirements early so the plan can be reviewed promptly; replies and deployment dates follow agreed arrangements, not an instant-response or fixed-installation guarantee.

Workstations and seat planning

Plan 20, 40 or 100+ seats as capacity examples, not delivered-project claims. Desktop or mini-PC fleets, dual monitors, peripherals and application requirements are specified against your workload and growth plans.

Cabling, Wi-Fi and network design

Cat6 structured cabling, racks, switching and business Wi-Fi planned around the floor layout. Capacity, uplinks and device locations are reviewed before installation and validated afterwards.

Firewall, VLANs and data security

Enterprise firewall configuration and separation of agent, management, voice and guest traffic. Access permissions, endpoint requirements and data security controls are aligned with your policies and assessed risks.

IP telephony and contact-centre integration

Handsets, headsets, softphones and your existing platform's network dependencies reviewed together. Carrier services, integration and call readiness remain subject to compatibility and UAE carrier/regulatory approvals.

UPS, power and controlled access

UPS requirements and rack power coordinated with your fit-out and qualified electrical teams. Access control for entrances and restricted IT areas can form part of the agreed design; building approvals remain dependencies.

Deployment, testing and managed support

On-site UAE installation, configuration, cable and connectivity testing, labelling, documentation and handover. Ongoing managed support can follow under separately agreed coverage and responsibilities.

Buyer origin, not site location

Planning a Dubai BPO from Asia?

Your decision makers can be based in Asia while your project is in Dubai. Whether you are planning an outsourcing office setup in Dubai from India, or you are a Philippines company expanding to a Dubai call centre, the scope here is the technology at your UAE premises.

We welcome planning discussions with teams in Singapore and Malaysia; Hong Kong and Taiwan; Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar; and Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Teams in Egypt and Lebanon are equally welcome to start the same conversation. These are buyer locations—not claims of TKWIT offices or BPO installations in those markets.

Considering Turkey or Eastern Europe as the project destination rather than Dubai? Those markets work differently for us: see our international IT infrastructure expansion overview for what is delivered on the ground in the UAE versus what is planned remotely and assessed for local feasibility elsewhere.

If you are assessing an Asia-to-Dubai BPO infrastructure partner, optional remote requirements gathering lets your IT, operations and facilities teams agree a brief before mobilisation. Local survey findings, building permissions and carrier readiness then inform installation in Dubai/UAE.

From brief to handover

Delivered by TKWIT Global DWC-LLC, with its registered business base in Dubai South. Work is delivered at client premises in Dubai/UAE; the registered base is not a walk-in office. Your business operation, staffing, incorporation, licences and carrier contracts remain outside this IT scope.

Common Questions

Questions from overseas BPO technology buyers

Planning, procurement and service dependencies for a Dubai/UAE installation.

Yes. Optional remote requirements gathering can cover your floor plan, seat count, applications, security standards and target opening date. We then validate the Dubai site's conditions and agree the deployment scope with your team. Installation takes place in Dubai/UAE, not in the country where your decision makers are based.

Workstation procurement and deployment can be included in the assessed scope: desktops or mini-PCs, dual monitors, peripherals and configuration to your IT standards. Specifications, quantities, availability and lead times are agreed before ordering. Planning for 20, 40 or 100+ seats is an example of capacity planning, not a claim of completed projects.

You contract with an authorised UAE carrier for internet and voice services. We can coordinate the hand-off, rack and power readiness, network configuration and call testing. IP telephony and contact-centre integration depend on carrier availability, platform compatibility and applicable regulatory approvals; we do not supply telecom licences or guarantee activation dates.

On-site installation, configuration, testing and handover at your Dubai/UAE premises can be included in the agreed scope. Ongoing managed IT support is available subject to an agreed support arrangement, coverage and responsibilities. No fixed response time or SLA is promised before assessment and agreement.

Yes. We can review your existing contact-centre or cloud telephony platform with your IT team and provider, including endpoints, network requirements, identity access and carrier connectivity. Integration is subject to compatibility, provider cooperation and UAE carrier and regulatory requirements. Your platform subscriptions and service contracts remain with you.
